Whether you're planning a new home or an addition, we will produce a unique and spacious design for you - quickly and within budget.
Bring us your sketches, photos or plans from a book or magazine. You may also select from our extensive library of customizable residential designs. We will listen to your ideas, goals and dreams. With years of experience, knowledge and talent, we will work with you to develop a set of finished CAD design drawings.
Our design services include:
- plans, elevations and cross-sections;
- a complete set of floor and framing plans;
- construction documents;
- beam and joist calculation reports;
- energy conservation compliance reports.
This information will enable you to:
- obtain construction financing;
- solicit competitive construction bids;
- obtain a building permit;
- avoid costly change orders.
Finally:
- we'll recommend contractors to interview.
For Builders and Developers:
- We provide marketing drawings for presentation to prospective buyers.
- We provide engineering and stamped reports for engineered lumber.

We work with builders and homeowners to create or modify plans for new homes based upon their desires and expectations. We also design additions for homeowners who like their homes and neighborhoods, and simply need more space. |
