Customer Profile: Steve Foley of Design Builders Realty Corp

Steve Foley of Design Builders Realty Corp has built a beautiful home for a client on 4 acres in Pepperell. The 4,800 sq. ft. Classic Colonial was constructed from plans that were modified by Concord Lumber Corporation (CLC) Architect Peter Karb. The client had plans and photos, and Peter customized.

The home features many exquisite moulding and panel details. An elevator carries passengers from floor to floor. Steve has created a one-of-a-kind home for his client.

CLC provided the framing materials, windows, doors and interior trim. Littleton Lumber delivered the frame, Huber ZIP System for the wall and roof sheathing, and Advantech for underlayment. Boise I-joists carry the floors. Roofing is GAF Timberline 30 yr. and the siding is all red cedar. The clients selected Andersen 400 Series windows and ThermaTru doors. The exterior columns are by Turncraft and the portico is by Fypon.

For the inside, our Forester Millwork division shipped lineal trim and stairparts, as well as birch shelving, Emtek hardware and other finish products. The interior doors are smooth Masonite.

This house is a great example of our ability to work with our customers to design and supply projects. It's the kind of work that we excel at.

Steve Foley has been a builder for 30 years. Contact him to learn more about Design Builders Realty Corp.
