Customer Account Access We make the Customer Access Interface (CAI) available to customers who have accounts with Concord Lumber Corporation. You can view your account information any day at any time in a totally secure environment. Check pricing, view billing statements, see invoice details, and create estimates at your convenience. You need a User ID and Password to download the software to your computer. You need another User ID and Password to access your account. First, create a 3 character USER ID and a PASSWORD of up to 6 characters. Then email them to Scott Oehme. Include your name, your account name, account number (if known) and phone number.  Scott will reply with additional information to help you get started. Once you have that information, begin here.
