 Contractor Directory
Our Contractor Directory is distributed at all of our locations to our homeowner customers who request contractor recommendations. It is also available to download.
Selecting the right contractor for your particular project is very important. We emphasize that different contractors have different skills and interests. We urge you to interview and evaluate at least three contractors from our directory to determine the best fit for your project. Remember to check references, licenses and insurance, as well as for personal compatibility (You'll be working together for a few months, so select someone you think you can get along with).
To qualify for a listing, a contractor's account has to have been in good standing with us for two consecutive years. The contractor must also be licensed and/or registered in Massachusetts and, in addition, have a current liability insurance policy.
Please keep in mind that each contractor is a separate business entity and is listed in the Directory free-of-charge. Concord Lumber Corporation does not take any responsibility for their business practices or the quality of their work.
