2. How much does an architectural design cost?
Prices vary depending upon the scope of your project. Contact Peter Karb for details. 978-486-0761.
3. Will you "stamp" plans?
Yes. Our Massachusetts-registered architect will seal ("stamp") engineered lumber calculations if required by your building inspector. He can review your drawings for compliance with the Massachusetts Building Code, make revisions to your drawings as required, and seal the drawings when they are code compliant.
4. How much does it cost for a frame estimate or beam calc?
No charge. Drop your plans at Littleton Lumber.
5. How much does it cost for a delivery?
We charge $10 for deliveries in Concord, MA. and Littleton, MA., and $15 to all other locations.
6. Where do you deliver?
We deliver all of our products throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. We have customers building on the North Shore, in the Worcester area, and on the Cape.
7. What size projects do you work with?
Anywhere from a deck, to a kitchen remodel, to an addition, to a custom home, to a 100+ home development.
8. Who owns your company?
Our company is 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Every employee is a stockholder in Concord Lumber Corporation. We are all owners.
