3. Will you "stamp" plans?
Yes. Our Massachusetts-registered architect will seal ("stamp") engineered lumber calculations if required by your building inspector. She can review your drawings for compliance with the Massachusetts Building Code, make revisions to your drawings as required, and seal the drawings when they are code compliant.

4. How much does it cost for a frame estimate or beam calc?
No charge. Drop your plans at Littleton Lumber.

5. How much does it cost for a delivery?
There is a sliding scale based on delivery location. Please call us for details on your specific job. 

6. Where do you deliver?
We deliver all of our products throughout eastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island and southern New Hampshire. We have customers building on the North Shore, in the Worcester area, and on the Cape.

7. What size projects do you work with?
No job is too small or too large. We handle anything from a deck, to a kitchen remodel, to an addition, to a custom home, to a 100+ home development.

8. Who owns your company?
Our company is 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Every employee is a stockholder in Concord Lumber Corporation. We are all owners and have a vested interest in customer satisfaction!
