LUMBER: Another flat week as buyers weren't all that busy and mills were at a lumber convention and not quoting a lot. In the meantime wood is piling up and I see this market going down before it goes up. Complete opposite as last year. PANEL: Panel market stayed flat also this week. There just wasn't much going on from the demand side of the business. Paul Tarca Head of Purchasing Concord Lumber Corporation email@example.com

LUMBER: This was a flat week in the market as most buyers sat on the sidelines. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency yet and spring demand may be a few weeks away. PANEL: Panel market stayed flat also this week. There just wasn't much going on from the demand side of the business. LUMBER: More downward pressure in the market this week as the month of March came in like a lion and curtailed demand so far. With milder and more spring like weather coming I look for prices to flatten out a bit if the market behaves in a more traditional manner and buyers ramp up inventories for April and May. This should put the market on firmer ground. PANEL: Panel prices came off a bit this week due to the same notes as above. I look for demand to increase in the coming weeks and firming up this market as well. Paul Tarca Head of Purchasing Concord Lumber Corporation email@example.com

LUMBER: More downward pressure on the eastern side specifically as prices came off double digits on 2x4 and 2x6. The western wides stayed flat on 2x10 but printed up on 2x12. It's a choppy market in March so we will see were this goes. PANEL: Panel prices held their ground this week with no movement up or down.
