Who We Are

Concord Lumber Corporation was founded in 1946 as a local business to help the surrounding community with its building needs. Despite changes in the industry, Concord Lumber Corporation (CLC) has always kept what is most important in sight – our customers. Serving eastern and central Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island, positive growth over the years has enabled us to have five divisions to better serve our customers’ needs: Concord Lumber, Littleton Lumber, The Kitchen Works, Forester Millwork and Moulding and ColorWorks Paint & Decorating Centers.

The mission of our five divisions is to partner with our contractor, remodeler, and homeowner customers to create beautiful homes. The five divisions offer customers a comprehensive selection of quality building materials to outfit whole homes and renovation projects. Our employee-owners provide top-notch customer service through their expertise and dedication. We believe our success is dependent on our customer’s success and we strive to work together to create value for ourselves, the builder as well as the homeowner.

Our Mission

Employee Ownership

In 1996, CLC started the process of becoming an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and in 2001, the company became 100% employee-owned. An ESOP is an employee-owner program that provides the workforce with an ownership interest in the company. As an ESOP, Concord Lumber Corporation encourages its employees to “think and act like owners”…because we are.

From Concept to Finish

We know that every project is unique and we are proud to offer a wide selection of quality building materials. From floor and framing plans, to cedar, treated and engineered lumber to doors, windows and skylights, to decking materials and millwork, to custom built kitchens, to paint and hardware needs – Concord Lumber Corporation is your solution from concept to finish.
